Marc Concepcion, D.O.
Medical Director

Dr. Marc Concepcion has been practicing family medicine since 1996, with a private practice in Sacramento and West Sacramento. After completing his residency at U.C. Davis Medical Center, he earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. Prior to his medical career, he served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Captain in the Medical Corps.

Dr. Concepcion has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving on the executive board and finance committee of Sutter Independent Physician Medical Group. He has been actively involved in Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), including serving as the chairman of Cal ACO and a board member of Aledade ACO. Additionally, he founded and directs the Riverbend Medical Weight Loss Program.

He has been dedicated to medical education, serving as an associate clinical professor at Mercy General Hospital and U.C. Davis Medical Center, and holding leadership roles in several medical student and residency programs. Dr. Concepcion is passionate about community service and has been a part of numerous professional boards and committees throughout his career.
