Robert is Chief Legal Counsel and a Co-founder of Collaborative Healthcare Services. He is an attorney licensed in California and New York with over thirty (30) years of experience as senior counsel, senior executive, and principal of various start-up businesses. Robert is currently Manager of MCAP Realty Advisors, LLC and is an Officer and Director of Yotta Acquisition Corporation (NASD: YOTAU) and of Quetta Acquisition Corp. (NASD: QETA), publicly traded special purpose acquisition companies.   

Robert holds two Law degrees from McGill University (BCL & LLB).  He enjoys spending time traveling with his family, boating, and running.
